Ramagundam: Rare flowers bloomed recently in the Ramagundam district in Telangana, where a unique, beautiful flower known as the ‘May Flower’ flowered at the gentleman’s house named Medi Tirupati, who works as the Seva Samithi Coordinator in the Personnel Department of Singareni Collieries Company. This flower blooms once a year, and this rare occurrence takes place in the month of May.
 

However, this year, the flower bloomed earlier, just before the end of May. It has caught the eyes of many locals. Neighbours and nature lovers thronged to his house to see this rare bloom. They took photographs and selfies and then posted them on several social media platforms.

Speaking on the occasion, Tirupati shared that the flower remains fresh and attractive for about 20 days after it blooms. “It looks like a round ball with colorful pollen and is very eye-catching,” he said. According to him, the flower consistently blooms every May and stays fresh throughout its short lifespan.

 

Visitors are delighted to see this unique sight, and their happiness knows no bounds while snapping the photographs of the May Fower. Happiness can be seen on the faces of local residents; the exclusive bloom has brought a lot of cheer to the neighborhood.
