DC Flags off Farmers Tour for Horticulture Training in Raipur

New Delhi: Seraikela Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla recently flagged off a group of 50 enthusiastic farmers from the Collectorate premises. The farmers are embarking on a horticulture training and tour to the prestigious Institute of Horticulture Technology in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
