New Delhi: Students of Floriculture ITI in Leh recently had the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge through a short-term training program at the Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT) under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Palampur.
